Benefits of working at Credwell
Enjoy a long weekend every second week
Achieving work-life balance is led from the front at Credwell.
“I still remember when I left Council nearly 20 years ago now, other than the great people I worked with, the main thing I missed was the flexi-day. That is why, when we could, Credwell instigated the 9 day fortnight. Getting a long weekend every second weekend really helps achieve a little balance in life.”
– James, Director Credwell Group
Dedicated learning & development manager for all our people
Having access to personalised training and development is important to our consultants.
Credwell has appointed a full-time industry guru to nurture talent and ensure our consultants have the most up-to-date and reliable regulatory information available and know how to best apply it to their work.
We love promoting our people
Whenever possible we promote from within.
“Just 8 months after joining Credwell I was promoted to a leadership position. The recognition for my achievement is rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to serve our clients. Credwell fosters career progression, and I am glad to be part of the growing team”
– Christopher, Senior Building Surveyor.
Accommodating & supportive workplace
“My wife and I do not have direct family in Sydney (or Australia), so we decided to have our first baby in Malaysia, where my wife’s family live. Credwell completely supported the decision from the go and facilitated me to work remotely from Malaysia and enjoy the first few months of our daughter’s arrival surrounded by family!
I was and will always be grateful for the proactive approach from the Credwell team to support this!” – Shane, Senior Building Surveyor
Practical mentoring
“Credwell is built upon individuals from diverse career pathways and experiences. I am grateful for my peers who are not only able to share their knowledge and experience within all walks of the construction industry, but are also willing to put in the time and effort to help me grow in knowledge, confidence and skill.”
– Dyan, Building Surveyor

We support you in supporting your charity
Credwell offers paid time off for charitable and community ventures. We also have our very own community support program “Credwell in the Community”.
“I’ve been a volunteer with the Rural Fire Service for 30 years. When my unit is called to help, Credwell allows me to attend, no questions asked. They totally support my volunteer work” Michael, Director – Fire & Risk
