The Cove by Ingenia Lifestyles

The Cove Village by Ingenia lifestyles, provides an over 55’s resort style living community in Fullerton Cove NSW. The Cove features social and wellness facilities across 3 separate buildings referred to as The Element Clubhouse.

Credwell were engaged to provide BCA and Access consulting services on The Clubhouse, from design, through construction and to completion.

Credwell worked closely with the owner/operator (Ingenia lifestyles) to understand the intended use and function for each area of the clubhouse, and with the architects to ensure that compliance was monitored and documented as the design developed. This involved offering performance solutions to achieve the desired outcomes for the project, whilst ensuring the solutions aligned with the objectives and intent of the BCA provisions.

During construction, Credwell assisted North Construction & Building Pty Ltd with achieving compliance with the finer level of detail and undertook inspections to provide sign off against the requirements of the performance solutions and accessibility provisions for the purposes of the submission of the occupation certificate to the Certifier.
