Credwell have been engaged to provide BCA Consulting services on this mixed-use development that incorporates commercial and retail tenancies, residential sole-occupancy units, a hotel, and an early childhood centre.

Credwell’s early involvement in the project has allowed the design team to refine the building layouts to align with the BCA requirements, before moving forward with the detailed design.
