Credwell appoints a Learning and Development Manager

At Credwell we are committed to the recognition and advancement of all our talented consultants.

Many companies in our industry state that they train their staff, however this is usually on an ad-hoc basis. We believe that having access to regular personalised training and development is essential to our high-calibre consultants. This is not just beneficial to our consultants, but our clients too.

With this in mind, Credwell has recently appointed a full-time industry guru to nurture talent and ensure our consultants have the most up-to-date and reliable regulatory information available and know how to best apply it to their work. We work with each individuals’ strengths, weaknesses and goals and set them on their chosen path to success.

It is with tremendous pleasure we announce the appointment of Robert Briant to this role.

Rob has been with Credwell since 2021 as an Associate and his knowledge of the NCC is virtually unrivaled (including past incarnations).

Rob’s dry wit and approachable manner have endeared him to the entire team. He will work across the four business units to create individual training programs, which will focus on and enhance individual strengths and foster ability and resilience in unfamiliar territory.
